Ebenfalls heute, wurde der Trailer zum neuen Blockbuster mit Ryan Reynolds, „Green Lantern“, veröffentlicht. Es handelt sich hierbei ebenfalls um eine Comicverfilmung, diesmal jedoch aus dem Hause DC Comics. DC ist an sich für die düsteren Comics bekannt, jedoch wurde das dem „nicht-Comic-Leser“ erst mit den neuen Batman Verfilmungen von Christopher Nolan bewusst.

Die Story des Films Green Lantern aus der englischen IMDb:

In a universe as vast as it is mysterious, a small but powerful force has existed for centuries. Protectors of peace and justice, they are called the Green Lantern Corps. A brotherhood of warriors sworn to keep intergalactic order, each Green Lantern wears a ring that grants him superpowers.
